OneDollarCat is a digital content subscription service. For $1.00 USD per month, subscribers receive access to 10 exclusive cat photographs per month, behind-the-scenes updates, and access to live progress tracking toward the $1,000,000 goal. This is a digital content subscription only.
This subscription is NOT an investment, security, token, NFT, or financial product of any kind. You are purchasing access to digital content (photographs and updates). There is no expectation of profit, return, or financial gain from this subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $1.00 USD via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Content is delivered digitally. Upon subscribing, you will receive access to exclusive cat photos and updates via email or a subscriber-only page. Content is delivered as-is and may vary in style and format.
All photographs and content provided through this subscription are copyrighted. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the content is prohibited.
OneDollarCat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in subscription fees.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Your email is used to deliver subscription content and service updates. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Analytics data helps us improve the service.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (Stripe for payments, email provider for content delivery).

OneDollarCat is a digital content subscription service. Due to the nature of digital content, our refund policy is as follows:
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@onedollarcat.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
Once digital content (cat photos) has been delivered for a billing period, refunds for that period are not available, as the content has already been consumed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Email support@onedollarcat.com with your subscription email and reason for refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
